School Introduction

Introduction to the School

The Women’s Welfare Club (Eastern District) Nursery Hong Kong was established in 1956 and relocated to its current site in Oi Tung Estate, Sau Kei Wan in 2001. We are a full-time, non-profit kindergarten registered under the “Kindergarten Education Scheme” by the Education Bureau. Our School Management Committee is composed of one School Supervisor, Ms. TING Yuk Chee Christina, GBS, JP, and six School Managers.

Our school provides comprehensive and high-quality pre-school education services for parents and children, allowing children to experience enjoyable learning and group living. We promote the holistic development of children in the areas of moral, intellectual, physical, social, and aesthetic growth, working hand in hand with parents to nurture the next generation to be “daring to try, eager to learn, willing to take responsibility, and skilled in communication.” At the same time, we understand the importance of parent-school collaboration and effective communication. We arrange various relevant activities for parents, including talks, workshops, parent groups, class observations, and parent-child interactions, and we also provide appropriate referral services based on the individual needs of children, parents, or families.
