Application Procedures
(1) Get the application form
- Parents can get the application form by walk in or download from below.

(2) Apply for the admission
- Parents fill in and sign on the application form, submit the application in person and bring along with all the documents on service hour.
(3) Interview Arrangements & Announcement of Admission Results

(b) Personal Data Collection Statement
- The personal data provided by parents in the application form will be used by the school for the purpose of processing the application for admission of their child. After completion of the admission procedures, the personal data collected will be made available to relevant teachers, staff members, or on-site support service personnel who have a need to access such information.
- If an applicant is not admitted to the school, all personal data submitted will be destroyed upon completion of the relevant admission year.
- For children who have previously studied at the school, or who have paid the registration fee and/or tuition fees but did not eventually enrol, all related personal data will be destroyed after the seventh school year following the child’s withdrawal from the service.
